Robert Horton, CFA., CDFA.
Robert is both a certified financial planner and a certified divorce financial planner who has spent more than 10 years in the financial services industry and is committed to providing people with the information they need to make well-informed decisions. He has developed a specialty around the financial implications, consequences and pitfalls of divorce because he believes it is during the divorce process when people really need advice and guidance around many different issues, including personal finances. As an award-winning journalist, he wrote a bi-weekly political column for the New Haven Register and other Connecticut newspapers and has been published in The New York Times, Boston Globe and major metropolitan newspapers across the U.S. He is a graduate of Tufts University in Medford, Mass.
